The Building | Pann's Restaurant

A 1958 Googie Original
Pann's was built in 1958 by Armet & Davis, the firm that defined Googie architecture in postwar Los Angeles. The soaring rooflines and sweeping glass are as striking today as they were then.

Designed by Armet & Davis
The neon sign was created by architect Helen Liu Fong. The building is one of the finest intact examples of the style remaining in Southern California.

The Interior, Unchanged
Red booths, cream swivel stools, pendant lights, and framed photographs on the walls. It looks exactly like it did the day it opened.
